Refund & Return Policy
At GDLU, we take pride in offering high-quality personal care products created with integrity and intention. Because skincare is a highly personal experience and our gel cream is used directly on the skin, we maintain a limited return policy to ensure product safety and hygiene for all customers.
Refund & return policy
Due to the personal nature of skincare, we only accept returns for unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. If the product has been opened or used, we are unfortunately unable to accept a return unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Except where required by law, all shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to request a return
To request a return, please email us at info@body-archives.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address; unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@gdl-ugly.com. In these cases, we will cover any necessary return shipping costs and will either issue a refund or send a replacement.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used personal care products, sale items, or gift cards, due to hygiene and safety reasons. This helps maintain the highest standards for all customers in the GDLU community.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, excluding any shipping charges, which are non-refundable. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@gdl-ugly.com.
European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped within the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required.
